Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera holds American citizenship and was born under the Leo sign on the 15th of August 1994. Her work in the fitness industry has become very well-known. While Ashley hasn't talked too much about her parents, she has credited her grandfather with the birth of her passion for working out as his bodybuilder career was very popular during the 20s and 30s of his life. Ashley has been physically active from the time she was a young girl she started taking swimming lessons when she was age four, and continued through the next 10 years. There were many competitions she participated in but wasn't as dedicated since she wasn't prepared to be put on a strict diet so her body would be able to give the best. Her popularity was somewhat high during her high school years due to her beautiful looks and her curvy body however it's not clear who she was with during this period of her life. Ashley determined to put all of on becoming a fitness and modeling model after graduating. Ashley was only 15 when she became unhappy with her appearance. She was encouraged by her grandpa who advised her to join the gym. He encouraged her to go slowly and to build her physique slowly. Motivated by her victory Ashley took part in the 2014. WBFF Las Vegas World Championships and finished seventh. She felt energized to accept what she thought was a defeat and went on to train even harder. Ashley competed at this year's WBFF World Championships 2015 and placed in fifth place. As the competition was finished, Ashley opted to not pursue competing. While she was receiving invitations to shoot photos while competing, Ashley didn't want her two jobs to get mixed. After she had was done competing, Ashley became an exercise model. The popular magazine for fitness featured her on its cover and immediately started a career for fitness models. She has since become a sought-after model and has been a model for a variety of bikini brand names and globally renowned clothing brands.
